The slow-flow Physio teat works with the flexible Equilibrium membrane located in the base. This system allows air to enter the bottle, helping maintain a continuous flow while the baby feeds. The screw-off base provides access to the inside and makes it easier to wash the parts separately. This model is intended for feeding from the first days of life; always adjust the flow to your baby’s needs. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • Before first use, disassemble the product and wash it, then place the parts in boiling water for 5 minutes. STERILIZATION • Before steam sterilizing or sterilizing in boiling water, fully disassemble the bottle to prevent deformation and ensure effective boiling and sterilization. • The product can be sterilized using cold sterilizing solutions, steam (with special appliances), or by boiling for 5 minutes; avoid contact with the metal sides of the container used. • The use of UV sterilizers is not recommended. ASSEMBLY (1; 2; 3) • To ensure the product works properly and prevent leaks, check that it is assembled correctly before use. • Before pouring milk or other food and/or drink into the bottle, insert the silicone membrane into the base and screw it firmly onto the bottle body to prevent leaks or accidental opening. • When first used, and sometimes during use, the small openings that allow air to enter the bottle may close again. If this happens, remove the silicone membrane from the bottle base and gently press the center with your fingers to reopen the micro-openings in the membrane. Do this gently, taking care not to damage or bend the membrane (4). • During transport, always keep the product upright with the cap on. WARMING THE BOTTLE • We recommend using a bottle warmer to warm the contents. Remove the cap and follow the warmer’s instructions. • After warming in a bottle warmer or in a water bath, dry the bottle with a cloth before use to remove any residual water (water may also collect in the groove between the screw-off base and the bottle body). • Take particular care when warming the bottle in a microwave: - Remove the cap, ring, and teat before placing the bottle in the microwave: risk of explosion. - If using a microwave with a grill, make sure the grill is switched off. - Some areas may become overheated: always mix the warmed liquid thoroughly to distribute the heat evenly, then check the temperature to prevent burns. • Do not warm the product in conventional ovens, on hot plates, or over an open flame. • The PERFECT 5 bottle is not suitable for freezer storage.
