Orders are shipped from the OutletBaby warehouse in Suchy Las, Poland.

Processing time

Orders paid for on business days are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. You can always see the current notice about the next dispatch day in the store's top bar. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a message with the tracking number.

Delivery methods and costs

Available delivery methods depend on the country, address, and type of products in your cart. You will see all available options and their current prices in your cart and during checkout, before placing your order.

In Poland, we use, among others, courier delivery and pickup points. We also ship to selected European Union countries.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The list may vary depending on the country and currency.

Problem with your shipment

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe or has been damaged, contact us at: shop@outletbaby.com. Provide your order number so that we can check the shipment more quickly.
