You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date the last item in your order was delivered, without giving any reason.

How do I request a return?

Log in to your customer account, open the relevant order, and submit a return or cancellation request. After submitting the request, send the product back within 14 days.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product. The goods must be adequately protected during transport.

Complaints

If the product is damaged, does not match its description, or an item is missing from the shipment, write to shop@outletbaby.com. Provide the order number, a brief description of the problem, and attach photos if they help show the defect.
